U7/8/9 $435
U10/11 $485
United DFC’s Skill Centre offers a fun, inclusive, and development-focused program for players in the U7 to U11 age groups. As part of our competitive development pathway, this program is ideal for players seeking a higher level of commitment and training than community soccer. The players participate in Nova Scotia Soccer League (NSSL) festival events throughout the winter months.
Skill Centre sessions follow the Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards and the Long-Term Player Development model, with coaching focused on building technical skills, game awareness, and a lifelong love for the sport.
Players train in a player-centered environment with trained coaches who use a fun, engaging approach to help each player reach their potential.
Ages groups:
U7/U8 (2019 & 2018)
U9 (2017)
U10 (2016)
U11 (2015)
Skills Centers are open to all interested players until the program cap is reached. Brand-new players are encouraged to try a season in the community program before enrolling in the Skill Centre. In rare situations, coaches may recommend alternate pathways for players who may benefit in an alternate environment. United DFCs goal is to place players in the most developmentally appropriate environment.
