Designed to meet the needs of players that desire a more challenging and competitive playing environment. Our main goals for our competitive team program is to help each player reach their maximum potential with regards to soccer, in the best possible environment.
Prospects and performance teams will not necessarily be based in your local community and will ask for more commitment and higher skill level than community.
Please note: Performance players MUST be registered before March 31st at the level for which they wish to be considered. From here, we bring in all the coaches, who come together, look at the lists of registered players and select teams based on previous seasons play. These lists of teams are then posted on our website on April 11th.
If you have not recently played with the club then we will not be able to place you, as we do not know your current level. In this case, you are listed on the 'To Be Assessed' list on April 11th. On April 12th or 13th (depending on the number of players we need to contact) you will receive an email from a UDFC staff, with the team's coach cc'd inviting you out to the first 2 weeks of practices (2 per week, makes 4 practices in total) where the player will train with the team as per usual. This email will include the practice dates, locations and times. These practices will be the player's evaluation. Upon completion of those 2 weeks of practices, we will bring the coaches together again to make decisions on the "To Be Assessed" list. Finally, on May 8th, we make final decisions on the rosters for the summer, and you will know where the player is placed. During the two weeks of practice, if a player is obviously struggling or having lots of success, we may suggest going up or down a level to make sure we are placing the player at the appropriate level.
Out of Area players must apply to join the club through the Director of Soccer. Please email email@example.com to begin this process.
We have the following programs for performance. Use the links below to proceed to registration and for more information on Season, Practices Times, Locations, Games, Coaches:
