About the Program

The United DFC Youth AAA Program is the highest level of youth soccer competition offered in Nova Scotia, designed for players committed to long-term athletic development and elite-level performance. This high-performance, high-commitment program runs approximately 9-11 months (assessment period dependent) per year and follows a comprehensive training and competition schedule. The program is split into winter and summer sectionsBy being selected for this program you would be participating in the Winter component of the yearly program only.

This program requires a strong commitment to training, teamwork, and personal development both on and off the field. Athletes in the AAA program represent the club at the highest level of provincial competition and are expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline, effort, and sportsmanship.

The training sessions in this program are biased towards a design and delivery method which incorporates skill development within a tactical session design focusing on primary and secondary players as they execute unit and team strategy. For players to move to next steps in their playing career they need to understand how to develop and apply skills within a role the team strategy demands on the day.

The United DFC AAA Programs from U15-U17 will compete in the Nova Scotia Soccer League (NSSL) indoor 7 a side league.
