Program Overview

United DFC’s “Sevens” Neighbourhood Community Program is designed for U7 players, combining skill development and play to build confidence, game understanding, and a love of soccer. Players take part in one weekly practice and a festival-style game night every second session, featuring fun Small Sided games against other United DFC teams.

Sevens serves as a transition year between U6 Mini and U8/9 programming, helping families choose the right next step. The season includes club events such as Soccermania and Soccer by the Sea, and the 2026 season features a World Cup theme.

This program is generously sponsored by Tim Hortons and includes a Tim Hortons jersey, shorts, socks, ball and medal.
