The Senior AAA & AA Programs play in the NSSL, the highest level of competition in the Province. The program will involve 1 training session on turf and 1 game per week. The Senior AA program is a critical program for the club. It acts as a developmental bridge for those players who wish to move on from 17AAA and U18AA and wish to play a highly competitive level, with a view of later playing for the Senior AAA program. The Senior AA coaches are integrated with the AAA program and are always on the lookout for a AA player to make the step up to Senior AAA.
Assessment and recruitment-based.
1 training + 1 game per week.

Coaches follow a development curriculum based on standards from Canada Soccer, Soccer Nova Scotia, and United DFC, ensuring sessions are age-appropriate and focused on long-term growth.
